This 13-day trip to Nepal is certain to be putting some people out of their comfort zone. After arrival in the capital Kathmandu, there will be little time to get over the jet-lag as we prepare for the next day’s exciting drive to Okhaldhunga where we will implement our project.

A new library is being built and we can’t wait to decorate it and to engage the children there. The project site is about a 10-hr drive east of Kathmandu, located in the district of Okhaldhunga just south of Solukhumbu District – the Everest region. The temperatures in late February range from 15-20 during the day and 8-10 at night. Bring warm clothes; there is no indoor heating!
Due to the actual COVID-Situation in Nepal, we do not have an exact travel date and need to be quite flexible. To join us on the project, you should be free in February or March.
